Cost: Included with all full registration fees. Extra tickets: $90 per person.

Gala Dinner
Date: Tuesday 15th September 2026
Time: 6.00 pm - 10.00 pm
Venue: Howard’s Vineyard, Adelaide Hills
Cost: Member and Non Member $150
Student Tickets: $75 per person
Our Gala Dinner will be held in the beautiful Adelaide Hills at Howard Vineyard. Howard Vineyard is a second generation family owned business. Over the past 20 years we have built a reputation for premium grape growing in the Adelaide Hills; one of Australia’s most exciting regions.
Coaches will transport attendees to and from the location departing from the National Wine Centre at approximately 6 pm and returning approximately 10-10.30 pm.
Transfer time: 30-40 minutes each way.
All tickets are an additional cost:
$150 - full registration
$75 - student registration
Extra tickets available for $150 per person.
Dinner, drinks and transport included.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be advised in writing to the Conference Secretariat by 1 July 2026. There is an $150 cancellation fee. Refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances after this date, but substitute delegates are acceptable. Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to our Conference Manager, reg@themeetingpeople.com.au.

PAYMENT OF FEES
Payment can be made by credit card (via secure online registration only with MasterCard or Visa only). Please contact the Secretariat electronic banking transfer details. All registrations need to be submitted via the online registration and they will be acknowledged by return email. If you do not receive a written acknowledgement upon the completion of your online registration, please contact the Secretariat to ensure that your details have been received. Payments will be listed on your credit card statement with The Meeting People Pty Ltd.
FEDERAL GOODS & SERVICES TAX (GST)
Australia has a Federal Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. Overseas delegates are not exempt from paying this tax. All fees and costs quoted in the brochure are GST inclusive. The Meeting People Trust is registered for GST - the ABN is 14 568 939 746. Upon payment online you will receive a tax invoice.
LIABILITY
In case of industrial disruption or other external events causing disruption to the meeting, the Local Organising Committee, the AEpiA and the Meeting Managers of the Conference accepts no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delegates.
PRIVACY
Personal information, as defined under the national privacy legislation, The Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2001, will be treated in accordance with the National Privacy Principles and only shared with related or third parties in accordance with those principles.
